The Safety Hold is placed when both parties confirm a meeting time. Clearly disclosed before you tap "Reserve." Receipt sent to your email.
Meeting completes, both parties confirm in-app. Safety Hold credits 100% toward the item purchase price. You pay zero extra.
Off-platform contact, off-platform payment, or no-show without 4-hr notice: Safety Hold forfeited and credited to ZaZooom's safety reserve fund. Account flagged for review.
Break these and you lose access. Repeat or severe violations = permanent ban + escrow funds frozen pending review. We mean it.
Don't ask for or share phone numbers, emails, social handles, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or any external payment method. Detected by our chat filter = forfeit your Safety Hold, listings removed, account banned, escrow funds reviewed.
Every dollar goes through ZaZooom escrow. Asking a buyer to "just Zelle me" voids your account and forfeits any held funds to the buyer. Buyers who pay off-platform lose all protection — and the seller still gets reported.
Counterfeit goods, stolen property, recalled products, and items you don't own are all prohibited. Buyers can return for full refund within 48 hours of meeting if the item doesn't match the listing.
Weapons, ammunition, drugs (including cannabis where unlawful), live animals, hazardous chemicals, alcohol, tobacco, recalled goods, body parts, and adult content are not permitted on ZaZooom — even where state-legal.
Discriminatory language, threats, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact ends your account. We share threat-level reports with law enforcement.
Confirmed a meeting? Show up or cancel at least 2 hours in advance. Three no-shows = 30-day suspension. Five = ban.
Filing a fraudulent dispute to recover money from a legitimate seller is fraud. Repeated false reports = ban + funds returned to the seller.
